Good Morning Everyone,
I am about to have a new finance system installed that requires full blown SQL 2008 R2 of higher,
this is not a problem as I have to buy a SQL 2012 Standard Core licence and beleive it will cover me for 2008 as well.
My question is has anybody any idea when Capita will be approving SQL 2012 for SIMS as rather than mess about
setting everything up now then possibly upgrading to SQL 2012 in September if its imminent I might as well do it sooner rather than later.
Cheers
Stan.

If it helps I have already migrated manually a schools SIMS & FMS database to SQL2012 without issue.
