Hi
Sims on windows 7 32 bit one of our machines is playing up
when the member of staff prints big runs of letters from sims everything is fine but if they do a quickletter and then try and print the system says it has printed but nothing is sent to the printer.
has anyone else had this problem.
It is driving me and the member of staff mad so any ideas on what to try would be great.

Still a XP site here

4th February 2013, 12:21 AM #3 By big runs of letters do you mean attendance letters?
They are on the sims share I think.
Quickletter template I think is local and so it could be a permission issue which is a common win7 prob.
Check the location. There is a guide on SupportNet and prob here too about how to configure personal quick letter templates. Following that could help with the troubleshooting
