    No they are not recurring, they are individidual events so only changed from now onwards.

    @rpwillis, @FN-GM and @ful56_uk - So do I understand this correctly;

    You can point it at SIMS, point it at Exchange, and it will (presumably with a little configuring) put all the kids' timetables from SIMS in to their Exchange Calendar? How much is it (roughly)?

    All i can say is cheap and well worth it, plus you normally get lots of extras - all personalised.
