Morning vikpaw, yes I hold all the budgets for ICT Development, ICT Maintenance and ICT licenses so with my holistic view of how the school is running I am able to 'suggest' the next steps for the ICT to support teaching and learning.

However, I am leaving this post effective 31st December (they advertised it locally and were unable to fill it - no surprises there) and will become an Assistant Business Support Manager at an Academy in London with primary responsibility for all things ICT (to start with).
