DAMEWARE - Causes FMS, Nova to crash/error

We use Dameware to support our End Users on an internal network.

When the user has FMS or NOVA open we find that when Dameware sets up the connection, the application on the End User client, crashes.

Has anyone had any experience of this or with other Remote Support Apps causing a similar thing happen?

If so, did you find a fix?

They are the old DOSsy type modules, so DAMEWARE must be doing something low level. I remember in the old days, there were memory issues with the old dos apps.
Maybe DAMEWARE nabs too much memory, or over-rides the printer which those progs get tetchy about.
