    Change Detention Room En Mass

I've not used this module a lot so please bear with me.

I set up recurring detentions for the entire year using Detention Type in Tools but assigned the wrong room to them. Setting up a recurring detention to "overwrite" the old ones doesn't do anything. Is there a way to change the detention's room in bulk instead of slowly deleting each individual detention one by one in Maintain Detentions?

This may not work if you're already used any of the ones you created, but try deleting the Detention Type. So the actual entry in the browse list under the Tools menu. This hopefully will remove all instances of that Detention, but you may get a warning to say it's been used, so you may have to first create the replacement and move any kids over.

Unfortunately yeah, the detentions are already used and have kids assigned to them. I'm surprised that Capita don't account for human error in this module!
