    change user /install
    run the sims application setup
    change user /execute

I installed as administrator and run it as admin to check and works fine, then logon as a member of staff and receiving the above error?

If you've not set the mode to install, it will only apply to your user.

    Run cmd as administrator
    type change user /install
    run s:\setups\simsapplicationsetup.exe etc
then go back to cmd and type: change user /execute.

Weird. Had quick look on supportnet and it seems to be having issues writing to the temp folder?? Worth logging with capita\la helpdesk so they can remote in.
