Some of our saff are having a problem accessing their marksheets, when they click on "my marksheets" the list is blank even though there should be some. Also when I go in through Focus - Marksheet Entry and try to select a member of staff from the drop down lists there are about 50 of our teacher missing from the list.
I have checked with personnel and they haven't made any changes to the staff, their permissions haven't changes and they are linked with classes in the timetable. I'd appreciate any help or ideas.
This sounds like the marksheets have not been assigned to courses.
Has your term started and the new academic year promotion rolled over ?
Courses will not become "live" until this happens.
