I have an HP Laserjet P3005 USB printer plugged in to a Mac running Snow Leopard 10.6 and the printer keep going on pause, I resume the print queue and immediatly it goes to "Paused" mode again.
I removed the drivers and re-installed them again and also used the drivers from the Apple CD, but the problem isn't resolved.
I hope you could helpand I thank you in advance for your suggestions and input.
you should be able to download the apple package for printers from there website and install that, ensure its 10.6.2 and if you dont have any printers installed might be worth while resetting the printer system ( right click or ctrl and left click in the list of where the printers are or were and you should get the option to reset the printing system, click on this, click on yes or ok ) and then re add the printer.
Also ensure you are using the latest printer drivers from said manufacturers website hp, ricoh or whatever.
