I'm not entirely sure what you are asking here, but if I am picking you up correctly then you could try using the Apple Migration Assistant. It can be found in Applications > Utilities.

I dont know what your struggling with?
so basically you have a local user on a machine.
this user also has a network account and you want to migrate data to their network account.
easiest way.
go to the machine that its stored on
mount their home folder on the network using their network account details to ensure correct permissions.
copy the contents of Documents,Desktop,Library folders on to the server in to the corresponding folders.
I would personally test if the Library folder was needed at 1st and pick and choose folders inside it (mail, preferences, Safari folders come to mind)
it really should be that simple :D
