Were to buy licence for Leopard
A number of schools I work at bought one or two Apple notebooks about 12 months ago under a promotion event, for the video editing tools mainly.
For reasons you lot will understand (password security, authentication) I couldn't just "put them on the domain" as they expected. They have been rarely used since, now what I would like to do is to upgrade to Leopard and with bootstrap at least they will get more use as I can put XP and Office on at education prices through the LEA Microsoft account.
My question is does anybody know a Mac reseller happy with the schools paying with a LEA buying order?
I've investigated the online Apple Store For Education method, (64 quid plus vat, I assume schools are exempt the vat) and the options are credit card or wire transfer, none are practical. I could phone them now I've started an online order and see if there's a way to progress but I thought one of you chaps/chaplasses may know a quicker route.
And yes there's a H in where. grrrr.
