For those not familiar with the new Adobe CS 6 Deployment & Serialization that is now required it's a rather pain in the butt for Enterprise customers!
The SN# can not longer be in the image for deployment. If you were to image a lab or even one computer your Adobe CS 6 install will be broke and require you to put in the SN# and Adobe ID again.
For Windows we had to create the serialization script that runs with sysprep when a computer first boots after being imaged. If the Adobe trial is installed it will then serialize the computer. Bit more to it but that the short of it.
As for Mac OS X it's the same idea in that you install the CS 6 Suite as a Trial then image your labs or computers though you will need to send out the serialization file with ARD (Apple Remote Desktop) or run it manually on each machine after they are imaged. I was able to create a serialization executable using the steps here Adobe Forums: AAMEE - Create a double click serialization executable (MAC) and it does work. I will most likely either build this into the image somehow to run the first time a user logs in then have it delete itself or push it out via ARD.
This said I'm trying to find the best & smoothest way to have this deployed.

I'm going to have to do this fairly soon. So if you get anywhere please let me know
I assume you can't just send a Unix command via ARD to serialize?
Thanks a lot for this info Carter, this has helped me plan for a CS6 deployment I was planning on doing in the next few weeks and didn't know about this.
