Hyperlinks in PDFs

Does anyone know a fix or a workaround for getting hyperlinks working in documents that have been created using Print-Save as PDF option in Office?

Anyone got ANY suggestions for the above.. Having real issues if a hyperlink goes onto 2 lines.... Tried to create the hyperlink to display just a couple of words eg This Link, but when it's saved as a PDF it just doesn't work.
