    Something like rEFIt ??

rEFIt - An EFI Boot Menu and Toolkit

Also at the bottom right they have a timer ( time out ) which will default to loading windows if a selection is not made - not really bothered with or tried refit so I would read up about it before trying it.

I normally use boot camp as per above but this entails using the left Alt key as it starts up to give you a screen to choose which OS to load
