    A Lady and The Iphone

    After upgrading her iphone she has since discovered that it is now locked and she can't access the phone or itunes. itunes on her mac keeps asking for a code to be entered onto the iphone however the iphone doesn't give her a screen to enter the code!!!

    any ideas

    Was it by any chance jailbroken prior to the update? If so it'll probably need re-jailbraking.

    I was going to say the same thing. Also id get her to chsck the sim card. It's unlikly that thats the problem seen as ITunes is asking for a code.

    I'd get her to get in contact with o2 then. They should be able to provide the relevant codes to fix the problem. If that fails then Apple would be my next step, I have had alot of dealings with them in the past and 8/10 times they are quite helpful.

    By the way. Has she tried a soft reset? If you hold down the power button and the one at the bottom of the phone for about 10-15 seconds, it resets the software.
