copy file from windows server to mac HD using applescript

I'm new to the mac and to applescript but have been asked to create a script to copy a file from one of our windows servers to the macs. i am trying to copy

"servername\staff\support\applelogo.tif"

to

"/System/Library/CoreServices/SecurityAgent.app/Contents/Resources/"

there is a file with that name already there and i want it to replace it with admin rights.
