removing power supply xserve G5?

cant seem to work out how to remove it. looks simple but the thing just wont come out!

cant seem to find any docs on how to do it. anyone?

just doesn't want to budge
will keep trying just dont want to damage anything.

edit: just tried a 3rd time, pulled it out with ease, the skillful bit was pulling on the screw not the power supply
