Lightspeed Ipads not able to connect to the Apple Push Notifications Servers issue

When using lightspeed we are having a issue with that some of the IPads are not taking their updates not pushing out to them. We have about 30 IPads in the trolley and half of them DO take the updates but the other half DONT take the updates down. I took two devices out that are not taking the updates and had a look at them it seems that the two devices have all the commands queued up, so it seems like the Ipads are not able to connect to the Apple Push Notifications Servers. I tried to restart the devices but still no response
Has any one else experienced this? What is the solution?
