Adding app from iMac onto Workgroup manager

Here is the scenario, I have the iMac built with the software we want to use, (lets say Office as an example)
I want to be able to allow the application to student profile but how?

Office is not installed on the server, so I want to link across from Server to iMac to grab it and put it in the allow list but I cant work out where to pick this up from.

    thanks

Run Workgroup Manager on the iMac, connect to directory, carry on as normal... or install the apps on the server. I always recommend a client Mac be kept to one side for Support use, specifically for doing stuff such as this.
