Print username on bottom of page

I know on WorkGroup you could print the username on the bottom, we would like to do that is there something I can do without workgroup, a script perhaps?

we have the normal.dot templates to have Username in the footer of all office documents. this covers most printing. Printing from other apps is not always as easy though.

Go to Preferences -> Printing -> Footer Tab and check Print Page Footer.
