I hit an interesting problem yesterday with the wifi and wondered if anyone had any similar issues at other schools.
An advisor came in and wanted to use his laptop (mac book air OSX Snow leopard) the laptop connected fine to the wireless network but could not connect to the proxy using either the eduproxy.bgfl.org or 10.126.200.30:80 address. I've never encountered this issue before but I don't think any body has attempted to connect a mac book (we've previously connected an Ipad and my Mini Mac to the wifi and those worked fine using the 10.126.200.30:80 address and a seperate one for HTTPS on 443.)
I know that our Ruckus Zone Director can force proxy settings using a WPAD file but have never seen or written one.
Help please
Thanks
