3 BEEPS using NETBOOT
Current situation
We currently have 10 macs running 10.6 which we can use NETBOOT to reimage them from a macmini server - all works well. (setup about 3 years ago)
Problem
We have just purchased an additional 6 imacs - when we try to run the same process (pressing the N key at startup) it will not start the image process it just gives us 3 beeps.
has anyone else experienced something similar?

29th November 2012, 01:17 PM #2 You need to use a newer netboot image, there are minimum OS version requirements for the hardware. There will be missing drivers in the current version. You will probably need to create a 10.8 image on one of them, they aren't going to be able to run 10.6
