Weird Issue, UNC From Mac Server...

Hi All, our Mac server has recently developed a funny problem. When trying to UNC to the Mac server from other Macs on the network using afp://SVR-MAC it works but when I try to run this on the Mac server itself it cannot connect. I have tried using the full name afp://SVR-MAC.local and even the domain name afp://SVR-MAC.DOMAIN.local still nothing.

Hoping someone could give me a hand on this?

    Thanks!

if you go to terminal and type sudo changeip -checkhostname, What result do you get? This can only be done on the server.
