Update from Synetrix (at 12:00pm) –
The fault with the link between Earls Court and Lambeth AP is now resolved. The issue was with the fibre link between the two locations which was resolved by our supplier.
Update from Synetrix (at 10:46am) –
Investigations show that there is currently an issue with the Earls Court to Lambeth link. Because of this issue, traffic is being routed to the core network via different links. Unfortunately due to the amount of traffic these links are handling, they have become saturated, causing customers the experience slow connectivity. A fault has been logged out with the provider of the link, and Synetrix engineers are currently en route to both locations to investigate. Further updates to follow.
