Link: Animated Engines
Animated engines covered:
Internal combustion, Steam, Stirling.
I made an animation of a four stroke a long time ago but it was nowhere near as detailed!
Here is another site with a more extensive library of animations:
Link: Automotive animations, calculations and simulations, car animationsand java applets
However the site covers more than animations and simulations:

As a Linux user, I have the XScreenSaver "engine" running, which displays a 3d animation of a random engine. There is a screenshot here XScreenSaver: Screenshots (scroll down a bit to see it) My favourite engine is the Napier Deltic. Here is a youtube animation deltic locomotive diesel engine moving parts There used to be this animation in a much clearer resolution hosted on the web, but it looks like they haven't paid their hosting fee as it has vanished. The Museum of RetroTechnology has several animations of the more Unusual Internal-Combustion Engines. It's a damn cool site too!
