It might be worth a quick word with your LA. Ours have recently run a 1 day seminar for CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection) which uses the ThinkUKnow website and others. At the end of that day, you are then qualified to instruct this very valuable lesson.
We have just adopted it, I did the first few lessons, and another lad has now taken on all the rest....we do it currently during the Citizenship lesson and it is going down a storm with the Y9's. This is a trial to see if we roll it out with the other year groups, and perhaps the junior schools that we also support.
The lesson is very interactive (you're given all the materials) and is based mostly on the kids talking back to you to share their experiences online.
