    Online Photoshop!!!

    Kind of,

    its a cut down version, with the basic features you'd need to perform some quick edits/tweaks.

    Adobe Photoshop Express - Made You Look.

    Certainly not a PS killer, but useful for quick bits on a machine with no photoshop application.


    Oh and there's 2gig of free image storage with each account too

    I've always found FotoFlexer - The world's most advanced online photo editor and Picnik - edit photos the easy way, online in your browser to be handy for this, but I'll give the Adobe offering a shot - the free storage space is handy!
