MS Schools Agreement - Home Use for governors

Hi All,

Just a curious thought. We've got the Schools agreement and a number of our staff already use the "Home Use" feature... very useful for getting everyone up to date.

Are our governors covered under it aswell? While they arnt paid, they are accountable to the school and also have to submit to CRB checks etc aswell.

If its anything like our one I am certain that they would need to be paid employees of the school in question to be covered under home use rights.

does it apply to kids/students in any way?

You have to be a paid employee to count as staff under the schools agreement unfortunately :(
