    help with email archiving litigation.

    im archiving all my Google apps mail from the school in another school account. I literally have a record of everything sent and received. Whats the legality of this - anyone know?

    It is legal, under controlled conditions.

    Have your users (i.e. the people who have mailboxes in your Google Apps domain) been informed that this is happening?

    Who has access to the archive?
