    MS SQL 2005 Media

Does anybody know where I can get my hands on the installation software for SQL Server 2005?

Our organisation has a fully licensed installation, however I need to install the Full text search component and can't do that without the media, suffice to say I can't find it!

    Hi James,

Thank you for your reply. We don't unfortunately

We have a storage facility off-site since an office move last year. I'm going to head down there Thursday and see if its ended up there but just wondered if there were any other ways of getting hold of the media.

You should be able to login to your MS account to view your licenses and download the media. Http://licensing.microsoft.com You will have access with your current subscription/license with MS.

Not sure if these links will be useful? They are MSDNAA ISOs...

    Code:
    Standard Edition
    32-bit: http://bit.ly/en_sql_2005_std_x86_dvd
    64-bit: http://bit.ly/en_sql_2005_std_x64_dvd

    Enterprise & Developer Edition
    32-bit: http://bit.ly/en_sql_2005_dev_x86_cd1
            http://bit.ly/en_sql_2005_dev_x86_cd2
    64-bit: http://bit.ly/en_sql_2005_dev_x64_cd1
            http://bit.ly/en_sql_2005_dev_x64_cd2
To convert the SDC files into ISOs download and run UnpackSDC from the command prompt e.g.

    Code:
    for %a IN (*.sdc) DO unpacksdc.exe "%a" .\
