KMS - Missing something obvious? *Headache*

Ok, what type of KMS key are you using and what is your server OS?

Hmm. It's just the KMS key listed under Office 2010 Professional Plus in the VLSC. It's a Server 2003 server where the KMS is installed.

Key is now activated, I used the manual telephone option rather than online, but still not seeing the count information etc like you are.

Ok, that may be where the problems are. This page gives some information about what you need to do:

Just come to report back that it's all fixed and working nicely, I believe. :-)

I gave the server a quick cycle and on return, everything was happy.

If a KMS key changes what's the best way to handle this? Is it just a case of running slmgr.vbs -ipk <insert your product key here> again?
