Adobe software and Academy conversion

Has anyone managed to get a definitive answer out of Adobe about if their licences can be transferred across when converting to an Academy? The only appropriate smily for this is

Nope, never managed to get a proper response from them on it!

I got told that you need to use a Change of Name Form to register the fact that it is a different institution, however when Adobe sent me it the form doesn't accept a .sch.uk email as a valid address. Despite emailing then several times, they've never responded with a fix or response to what I should do.

Kept all the emails so if they do ever come and say anything, I have tried to transfer it.

Yes, you can transfer your software from school to Academy. All we ask is for the completion of a 'Change of Name' form so that we have a record of the conversion. If there is any difficulty completing this please send the form to me and I'll make sure that it gets routed correctly for our records. Thank you to everyone that has made the effort to notify us and I apologise for the extra admin.
