MS Office 2010 Terminal Server licensing with current Office 2007 SBE on workstation
If my current 40 Desktop users already got MS Office 2007 Small Business Edition (OEM Preinstallation Kit / OPK) in their laptop,
Do I have to buy another 40 license of MS Office 2010 Professional or just one only for the use of my Terminal Server on my Windows Server 2008 R2 which has 40 users CAL already ?
Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot remember how MS Licence office for use within a TS Environment. I would expect if you are wanting 40 users on the TS to use Office 2010 you will require 40 licences for it.
But for a more accurate answer you should check with your Licensing vendor.
