    Microsoft HUP - Backup DVD

With regards to the Microsoft HUP for Office, if we ordered a Backup DVD could we create our own copies for distribution to staff in our Library? (The idea being they could then pay the £8.95 for their serial number / digital download then loan a copy of the media from the Library if they needed it rather than having to fork out another £8.95 which they probably won't be too happy about!!! Despite how much they're saving if they actually bought it retail...).

Or is the media tied to the individual serial keys?

I left it up to staff to decide, the only part I played in it was offering. If they grumble about an extra £10 (for roundings sake) and paying a total of £20 for a £60/£100 product that's up to them.

I have a feeling, but can't remember for definite, that the normal Volume Licencing media works for the licence code.

The backup DVD is completely pointless IMO since staff can simply log back into their HUP account and download the software again.

    Code:
    https://www.microsofthup.com/hupuk/myaccountlogon.aspx?culture=en-GB
The installer for Office 2013 is only ~1MB! That's small enough to be zipped up and attached to an e-mail or stored on a USB flash drive along with all of their other documents.
