IT Staff Structure
Not sure if this is the right place or not or if i'm duplicating an old post (can't find one),
What staffing structure do you have in your schools?
We are currently looking at having a staff restructure and I would like to know how other schools do it.
We currently have:
Head > Assist head > NM > techs.
but its looking like this might change.

This so much depends on the size of the school.
In my case it's Bursar (& HT) > NM as there's only me!

Yeah i guess so, to clarify, I'm looking at a single secondary/high school of around 1,500 pupils.

6th December 2011, 10:00 AM #8 Here it's Head - IT Manager - 2 x Senior Techs (1 manges the 2 techs and does all the frontline, customer facing work, the other does all the network and server developments)
We are an academy with 1450 on roll + a special school + feeder primaries. Oh and we are all term time only + 4 weeks in the hols.
