If you go on Certification forums UK computer A+ Network+ MCSE MCSA MCP CCNA discussions exams study guides you will find plenty of information on which are the best books and video resources.

Ok its not a book but I highly recommend Professor Messers traning videos for the Comp TIA A+ and N+. I passed my 220-701 easily using these videos as a main source of information, taking notes on every video and used this as my study book Comp TIA A+ Certification All in one will be taking my 702 soon!
