    Hmm, I thought maybe so, but they did seem to genuinely know exactly what was wrong with the hardware (i.e. what kind of marks the printer was producing).

    thz guys. its a simple as network cable is unpluged. just put it again. prblm solved. i just removed the toner and gave a clean, its seems fin.

    It seems obvious to us, but I guess you've got to start somewhere - you've got to admit, unless you've seen it before the "domain not available" error message doesn't sound like it means "network's conked out".

    I can certainly see what you mean there, But ok so upon reading it, you think "Why is it unavailable? I know its online (other machines work), so its a local (to the machine) problem"

    Which case you check wires, if all up, get onto a local account and see what's going on with the config.
