GUI Tool for Importing Pictures into AD

I'm looking to import photos into AD to enable the use of thumbnail photos for accounts in Outlook. I know there's some verbose commands in Powershell that will get the job done, but I've also heard there are some downloadable GUI programs which can do the job as well. Anyone have any experience with those type of tools and can recommend a specific download?

    We have a 2008 R2 DC.

    Many thanks.

We use this free tool Photos for Outlook, SharePoint and Lync

it works very well but it only updates the jpeg or the thumbnail attributes at one time not both like the powershell will. You will only need the jpeg attribute if you are using something like apple mail.
