Apparently a Tech from Verizon in the US snaped and beat up the customer on a housecall. I wonder which clause of the SLA that was covered under :eek:.Quote:

It is kind of worrying to hear about and you have to wonder what sort of day he was having to drive him to such extremes, not that that is any justification.
