Got to love the fact they're saying clear communication when they can't even get the affect customers correct!

10th February 2012, 10:29 AM #2 Ah yes, the people that bought out my old hosting provider and then had their switches overheat just after completing the migration.
If you’ve have MySQL errors it’s likely because cPanel doesn’t permit the main account user being a database user too (we didn’t realise this would happen and have been fixing as many as possible)
i.e "We just pushed everything over without proper testing".
