(Can't wait for The Hobbit though. Love LOTR, only films I've ever done a one day stint on - though with the extended editions, that's a long day...)

Yes it certainly is! i did it for the second time last year. We also did star wars day, that was pretty hefty too...

Yeah this is a good point.. especially when during the flashback sequence at the start of ROTK where it shows the effects of the Ring on Smeagol / Gollum - he doesn't age - but gets very thin and.. well.. Gollum like..
Bilbo would have gone the same way - and probably would have been noticable considering how long he had the Ring in his posession..
However, Freeman does look like a good choice for Bilbo - after my initial - "Why has the OP put up a picture of Pippin?"
