A brief pictoral history of MP3 players

I found this site quite interesting given todays talk about Steve Jobs. Its a 10 year history of MP3 players showing devices from many manufacturers, in fact, you have to go down quite a bit to find an Apple player. It's listed from 1998 to 2008 (when the article was created) and makes good reading.

Ahhh, memories, I remember a fair few of them. I didn't remember how ugly the first few iPods were. Or how long I have had my iClix!!

I had the Diamond Rio PMP300 and Archos Jukebox Multimedia (which played movies as well).
