Ed Thurlow, who runs zombie website Terror4Fun, said he felt a zombie invasion in Leicester was highly unlikely.
He obviously hasn't been round the Highcross Shopping Centre.

10th June 2011, 09:12 AM #3 From my many hours of playing Left 4 Dead 2, I should be OK. I'll just find a frying pan and beat any zombies down until I come across the guns and ammo will be strategically scatted around the Town. After that, spray & pray........
If I die, I'll just re-spawn in a safe room later on.

Do you think perhaps you play too many games?

10th June 2011, 09:20 AM #5 Slow news day? I'd just walk like a zombie to the nearest shopping centre and find some other survivors... And keep an eye out for queens on my way!

Quite possibly. I think I'll have to come to terms with the fact that if I struggle with the zombie attack, I'll just have to Save & quit out, then go back to it another day...

10th June 2011, 09:25 AM #7 Personally, I'd arm myself with a cricket bat to go and rescue my significant other with my best friend in tow, picking up family members on the way - eventually holding up in a pub, preferably one with some kind of firearm above the bar.
This would not only allow me to survive the onset of the apocalypse but would also be a fantastic voyage of self discovery allowing me to re-evaulate my priorities culminating in a better quality of life with higher appreciation for the blessings I have.

10th June 2011, 09:27 AM #8 I'd hold up in a Supermarket. Endless supplies and lots of beer. Plus easy to secure with only a front and rear entrance (plus the odd fire exit).

That'd make a great film plot...
