    The text claims "his dessert" yet the footprints show him approaching then walking away from without signs of stopping, so it's more likely this wasn't his dessert but just a dessert he saw, and he didn't dessert it, he ignored it as he passed by

    His right foot is in line with the dessert, meaning to place it down on his left side he would have been off balance or at the very least the footprints would have looked different.
