When we get asked for some new toner for the black and white printer we always respond on our helpdesk asking whether its the black or white toner that is empty!
They are correct in stating 'black and white' printer - look at all the printer manufacturers websites!

Just because the manafacturers marketing call them that doesn't make it correct.
