Q:
"Who's making your neighbourhood safer?"
A:
A podgy old man that looks like he hasn't done any exercise since squeezing his way out of the womb and his colleague who couldn't pass the police entry tests so fell back to being a 'constable with no rights'.

So they aren't seen as discriminating towards people who have a disability?

Surely the best method to do that is to actually employ somebody with only one arm.

7th December 2010, 10:05 PM #10 Hey don't mock all PCSOs, our local PCSO is very good and shes great at spotting the little blighters on my CCTV footage and then getting them arrested for smashing windows and stuff
The kids also know that our PCSO will just drop them in it with those higher up if they mess around (probably as she has a teenage daughter at the school) but she is great and a real assett, she would make a great PC

I wasn't mocking PCSO's as such, but the whole process. I saw a comedian on comedy central the other day and he hit the nail on the head - police need more rights, yet they are given somebody who has no rights to accompany them.
