    from what I remember, Windows 2000 didn't include msconfig
    yeah, hence "Bundled with (or downloadable for)"

    80% - to be fair though, this was fairly irrelevant to anything I'd do day to day

    80%, not looked at SBS and assumed the 2008 version was like Windows 2008 (not R2) and had 32 or 64bit versions... Never heard of PerformancePoint, Altair Basic or Ray whatshisface!

    With regard to Q8, I took the Windows 95 reference as irrelevant drivel and answered it based on the rest of the question.
