They Called Their Website What? SLURLS

Link: Slurls - 100 Website Naming Disasters

This link points to a page which carries some unfortunate web page URLs.

These URLs are broken down into groups as follows:

A quick summary of the Slurls "rules":

    1. There’s a website AND
    2. It’s an active website AND
    3. There’s a double meaning AND
    4. It’s not deliberate

If an URL meets all the rules it's a Genuine Slurl (Genuine)
If an URL met the rules in the past it's a Slurl That Has Ceased To Be (Ceased)
If an URL nearly meets the rules it's a Slurl That Misses The Mark (Misses)
Some of these URLs might be construed as more than unfortunate however they have been reported as genuine. As a precaution only use this link using your own home connection?

Example of listed site which is genuine and does not have NSFW connotations:

    childrenswear.co.uk
Give SLURLs a go if you would need cheering up.
