We've come a long way from yodelling sheep! I particularly like the play of light across the scene.

You'd be gutted if it rained (as it appears outside). It's nice to see we still have 'real' artists in the world. I'm not a massive fan of modern art as I think in some respects it's a backwards step. Squares, circles and a line down the middle is not art. It's garbage!
This all depends on your idea of what Art actually is. Is it how much skill is used to draw the subject or how it looks to the eye?

Starting out as an Artist, there's a lot of pressure on Artists to be commercial and to follow the trend and intellectualism that states all Art needs to be original, and that figurative etc Art is somehow not original. It's something to do with photographers calling themselves artists when mostly they of course they are not. Some, like Beeswax above I'd consider to be an Artist.
