When Good Techs Go Bad.
Apparently a Tech from Verizon in the US snaped and beat up the customer on a housecall. I wonder which clause of the SLA that was covered under .
It is kind of worrying to hear about and you have to wonder what sort of day he was having to drive him to such extremes, not that that is any justification.

I'm guessing he had asked "Have you made sure its plugged in and switched on at the wall" over the phone - to be told "Yes I Have.."
Only to find upon arrival that it was infact not plugged in or switched on at the wall..
